My Playlist History is failing to sync with Kado. Where can I find help?

Refer to our Integration guides for Traktor, Serato, and Rekordbox. If your sync still isn't working at following these guides, send us an email at support@getkado.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Why does my Computer says it is not compatible with Kado?

Kado currently works for Mac OS 10.9 and higher and Windows 7 and Windows 10 64 bit. We have not tested and do not officially support other operating systems.

Kado isn't matching any of the tracks I drag in. Help?

Kado matches tracks based on metadata (ID3 tags and filenames). If you manually edit these fields, it makes it more difficult for Kado to match your track. If all else fails, try searching for the track on Kado instead.

I upgraded to a paid subscription of $9.99/month in the app but your subscription plan is now $5/month.  How do I change my subscription to $5/month?
